STEP 1

Browse Mentors


Begin by exploring our mentor directory. Apply filters like objective, expertise and industry to refine your results. Review and compare mentor profiles to find one that’s right for you.

STEP 2

Book a session


Once you’ve found a suitable mentor, book a session in just a few clicks. Add an agenda and propose up to 3 suitable times from your Mentor’s availability. Your Mentor will then confirm a time back within 24 hours.

STEP 3

Join the video call


At your scheduled session time, join by clicking the link in your email, calendar, or through the Mentorlabs Dashboard. You’ll be connected to our integrated video player where you'll have a 60 minute one-on-one discussion with your mentor.

 
Our built-in video player requires no downloads. All you need is a device with a microphone, webcam, and internet connection.

STEP 4

Get written feedback


When the session has ended, your Mentor will leave you written feedback with actionable next steps. These will appear in your dashboard, allowing you to check each action off as you go. You'll also get a recording of the session in your dashboard should you require it for later use.
